The post office has needed fixing for many years. I have no idea how efficiently it ran while just part of the government but at least it ran. Just one place where it has been totally screwed up is the large envelope. If you ship something as a large envelope they almost always charge you the much more expensive parcel rate. And if you try to argue and explain the facts with them they just don't care. I'm about ready to go postal......
