You can start by manually entering the first two months in order to establish a trend. Then highlight/select those two cells and move the cursor over the small box in the bottom right-hand corner (see pictures). When then cursor turns into a black cross, click and drag downward to fill the cells below. Excel will follow your trend when filling the new cells. Hope this helps.
