...or maybe something to do with Muscular Dystrophy? I believe the telethon was being held in Vegas at that time, at the Sahara, but nowadays, at least, they use MDA. I went to the telethon one Labor Day, at the Sahara. It was absolutely free, and there was Jerry and Ed McMann right in front of me.
