~~~ though this marker is not used in the game of Whist (it for the game of Bizique), it still carries the owner's monogram and not that of any known marker manufacturer... The tabs (or whatever their proper name is) are engraved MOP... and they're all spring-loaded with two brass pins keeping them secure
