This might be the reason my CG submissions are not

~~~ showing up even though the submission is accepted.

I have received accepted notices with each submission and the last few are not found.

This is my third shot with this submission since 13 November.

If I am doing something wrong (while the submission is being accepted), kindly inform me.

After one submits a scan, the form re-sets itself
