He faded from movies in the 40's and 50's - then accepted a part in a 1959 screwball comedy movie as the homosexual skipper of a big yacht, Osgood Fielding III. Brown came up with the last line of the movie (which was supposed to be replaced by something else, but the scriptwriters couldn't think of anything better). One of the most famous closing lines of all times: Jack Lemmon (in drag) is trying to make up reasons why he can't marry Osgood, but Osgood has eyes only for him. Finally Jack rips off his wig and yells, "I'm a man!" Brown's famous reply: "Well, nobody's perfect." Some Like It Hot.
