Were those pictures of those chips taken under the same lighting conditions?

If so, it's interesting that there would be so much color variation in ASM chips. CPC currently offers just white, off-white, and gray. They don't offer a beige color. I had assumed that ASM offered the same or fewer colors than CPC.
