The chip you show with the foil inlay is a variation of the clay chip coded PT-EJ in Dale's book. Only the solid opaque chip is coded. The foil chip and other tranlucent variations are not. Dale , for the most part, avoided coding newer plastic chips. Another example of a design on a coded clay chip that is used on another material is horeshoe, cap and whip . In the photo below only the blue clay chip is coded. Not the bone material chip. It is a casino chip from South America, though I'm not sure which one.
