Back in the day, I once was in Phoenix and visited both TUP (Turf Paradise) and PGP (Phoenix Greyhound Park) for some pari-mutual action, on the same day.

I was surprised how much nicer and better maintained PGP was, in comparison to TUP.

I think in some case racing greyhounds were better cared for than their thoroughbred counterparts..
