I know I made it complicated, I didn't mean to.
The original photo I showed was put up on the Bond site with the person thinking it was the £1000 Le Cercle plaque which I knew it wasn't so then I tried to see what it would be. I thought it looked like a Crockfords style 1st series but as you say, never seen a £5000 (which is what it looked like to me) so then I thought Playboy Thatched Barn which then reminded me of Thunderball but it still doesn't answer my denomination question.
Thanks to some guidance I now think it is a publicity shot from Thunderball (or leading up to) and it shows a PTB plaque which may or not be a £5000. I was just curious, I know it's not news.
