I should have used the term "bicolor" ~~~

~~~ (bicolore) as the manufactures did when not a solid pigmented or natural.

The worn reverse appears to be bone which was not uncommon in France and Italy where most were solid/full when pigmented... This is the first I have noticed and maybe where the idea came from with clay composition chips. The "pie" was very popular with MOP as well
