I was wondering (only out of curiosity) if star notes are worth more than an average bill and if having bills in sequential order is anything “special”

I realize this bill is not in good shape, but if it was crisp and new...would it be worth more than face?

***also...the Eldorado plaque is going back to Reno next week to be cashed in.

Like I says...just curious if people even collect such items.
