About a year or two ago, a seller began listing $100 and $25 Duck chips. I think the story was, he had come into a quantity - maybe not a whole rack, but at least multiple chips - of those denominations and was selling them one-by-one, but in rapid succession. I was able to obtain one of each. However, I've never seen a $1 Duck for sale. IF there were any - they were either destroyed or sold off in one big pille to "Mister X" out there somewhere. My notes indicate that "Coastal Gaming" chips were also used on the boat (either during the time Dixie Duck chips circulated or afterward, it's not clear). So the elusive $1 chip may in fact recite Coastal Gaming. Just an idea!

My notes also say, "only 3-4 ducks exist" but . . . we now know that as to $25 and $100, that's not so.
