I , myself... not sure. I get a little confused sometimes on what actual town some of these places are even located. They will say Sacramento...but it will be in a suburb.. Rancho Cordova...Citrus Heights... Orangeville.

I have never looked into Billy Chips...apparently the guys name was Billy Chips? At a guess. I didn’t find a location except for the Newspaper article (which differs from the ChipGuide)
I don’t know if the Cardroom moved?
Apparently you could call Billy ( himself)
I thought I saw a record for the chips a while back...it would not be a hard card, but a carbon copy paper.( because it would be after 1980) I will look around again later in the week.
