Hi Jerry,
I talk to Ebay about 3 times a month. What you have to do
is go to any Ebay page, and on the bottom of any page, click
on "Help & Contact" - then click on contact. There you pick a
subject and click on that, you will have other options that you
have to choose, but in the end, give them your phone number,
and they will call you back - normally within 30 minutes ....
