Any experts here in display storage materials? I would like to build frames and display boxes for my chips and paper products.

Cast acrylic is what I'm used to working with. Is PVC okay to use? Expanded foam pvc to be exact. No glues will be used strictly screws and acrylic double sided tape when needed. (not on the chips of course)
