We were just married and had just moved into our new house and had not had phones installed yet and were using my parents phone number as a contact who lived ten blocks from us.

Barbara had filled out an employment application with the developer of the community where we lived and the next morning they phoned my mother's home asking for Barbera to come in the following day. My mother didn't drive and and wanted to inform Barbera of the call and had realized the mailman was due shortly... As he was approaching her house she ran out to ask him if he could give her a lift to our house in order to inform Barbera.

Everything worked out wonderfully...
