No pay is involved. They do buy and pay for the items. Mike, Frank, the show and the crew all bought things.
No shots are rehearsed, but might be repeated to film from two different sides.
You have to sign release forms before they can film you, a producer takes care of that.
I didn't meet Mike and Frank until they knocked on my door and filming started.
They were here filming for about 6 hours, with a crew of 8-10 people.
That might be edited down to 10-15 minutes.
