is there no possibility of shipping the low value chips in a regular enveloppe?
To avoid the rates they are asking here in Belgium for parcels I use cardboard or publicity boards.
I ship it without TT.
Of course this is no long term sollution for you but maybe for the stuff you have too ship a sollution?
