I do not understand the difference between the first issue (N3408) and the second issue (V2300). I see notes about casino names being centered under inserts (which looks the same to me on both chips) and some other distinctions. The only difference I can see is "LAUGHLIN" looks thinner on the first issue rather than the second.

Would someone who understands the differences help an administrator of The Chip Guide please? I still see about nominating you for CCA Person of the Year award!!
