I found a reference to Zam Zam in the link below. Perhaps, the drinks served at the club were the "holy water". A play on the words of the water from the well in Mecca. I guess there was a time when you could name a club after anything you wanted without worrying about offending someone. No Big Brother or social media to put it's two cents into everything.

I guess the dot mold doesn't limit it to any certain area. I see there are dot molds listed as from Las Vegas. I wonder.....Las Vegas Club is a very generic name. There could have been a Las Vegas Club in any city in the country.
