On Facebook Groups, relating to our hobby and/or Vegas, I often ask posters if I can copy their posted images for inclusion into ChipGuide. More often than not, the answer is yes.

In your example, the question could be asking for permission to download the images from their auction (s) for use on ChipGuide.
