I'm glad to hear that Cindy got the all clear and I see your point about the length of time it took to get the results and the lack of "logic" behind it.
I doubt that it is an isolated case but also that it isn't the "norm" and maybe she was just "unlucky" as opposed to "it is what it is."
Let's hope the majority of the 6 million get the results quicker than Cindy.
