"Vintage" Las Vegas experiences

Who knows what the "new normal" Las Vegas will be like eventually ... but I was thinking about any "vintage" Las Vegas experiences that still exist from the classic period --

For example, in casino restaurants, Michael's (South Point / originally, Barbary Coast); Hugo's Cellar (Four Queens) and The Steakhouse (Circus Circus) have been around a long time, and offer old-school dining experiences.

Any other restaurants / diners / coffee shops to add to the list?

For Entertainment, I think Bally's still does a quasi-old school production number in their Jubilee Theatre. (Haven't seen it though.) Who knows what survives in the months/years to come?

For Casino floors, none really have that old-school vibe anymore, that I'm aware of. Maybe the Caesars room inside the central portico is closest?

Any other experiences I'm missing? Classic Vegas is nearly extinct ... time marches on.
