With the introduction of the ChipGuide Mold Guide we've received a lot of good feedback and made some quick updates. One of the issues we've heard about is concerning PLAIN mold chips. There are over 36,000 chips on the ChipGuide with PLAIN molds which makes searching for a PLAIN mold chip difficult. Several manufacturers make PLAIN mold chips, but some have distinguishing features that we can use to divide up the group and make searching for PLAIN mold chips a little easier. A proposal has been submitted to divide up the PLAIN mold chips as follows:
