The issue I referred to (way back in the archives somewhere) started in a not dissimilar way to you asking if anyone had those specific Canadian chips.
A request was made and Mr Leger offered to go to casinos and pick up the requested chips providing payment was made in advance.
A transaction was done and the chips were never picked up or mailed, he just kept the money and vanished.
