I was under the impression that the labels attached to each page of the salesman sample books show who received the chip order, the location of delivery and date of order.

Concerning the instant case, the Naples Little Club chips were delivered to the “Naples Little Club”. Location of delivery was Naples, FL. Date of order was 11/23.

Without the label there is no way I would say Florida. My first guess would be Little Italy in Manhattan, NY (or maybe Chicago or LA).
