Steve we got to Vegas early back in the late 70s my wife and I didn’t have reservations so we found a room at Circus Circus we went down to the buffet the next morning because my wife was very cheap and it smelled like old socks the oatmeal was burning the sausage was sitting in 10 inches of Grease ....I wound up eating cereal and a banana it was safe people were piling pancakes French toast all this crazy bacon on these plates 6 inches tall it was a Sight to be seen and I still remember that smell sorry to gross you out ....Then I found there are real buffets like Caesars take care
