I just picked this up paperweight, Harrah's oversized PMSC Baccarat chip set encased in Lucite. The caption reads: 1st Annual Mexican Golf Tournament, Aug. 14, 15 & 16 1981. I know that some of these chips are quite hard to find, but does the paperweight have any value?
