I have a box of the green $5 chips.

Sent to Bruce Tassel, Mishawaka, Indiana, 1965.

I did a small dive into them a couple years but didn't come with anything. Bruce has some relatives still in Mishawaka. I tried reaching out but couldn't get any responses. Initially I assumes the 111 was a fraternal post number or something but couldn't find one to match.

Probably time to take another look.
