Saw this pre-pandemic. Encore here outside of Boston does the same thing. The machine gives only bills and then another TITO for the change. If you want to cash that you have to go to the cage. Bottom line: skip the machine and go directly to the cage. Pretty sneaky way to squeeze more money from the customers. Many TITOs with only change left on the machine.
