Several years ago I went through several of my files, comparing items with the chip guide. I had dozens, if not hundreds, of scans of items that weren't on the chip guide. I put the scans into a dropbox folder. Had that gone well, I would have gone through more files and had more items to add.

I sent a link to the folder to the appropriate person. I got an email back that said my scans didn't meet the parameters required by the chip guide, and no one had time to fix them. If I wanted to rescan the items, and submit them on the proper form, they would be added to the guide.

I was working full time, and didn't have the time or the desire to rescan everything. Many of the scans are the same ones that I've been posting to the chipboard for the past few months.

I'm happy to see that things have loosened up a bit...
