Steve, I remember years ago in the 1980s I saw one of these chips but I couldn’t buy it the pawn shop was closed ... anyway check with the chamber of commerce or the visitors bureau I think it was used to promote visitors to Reno, Nevada and came out of their tourist hotel casino owners fund etc.
