This is not an issue for the guests. They can come and go and will do so. We've since learned that temperature isn't a good gauge of COVID especially as LV's temp is 100+ -- its akin to the security theatre that TSA provides. It is more of an issue for the workers who are in contact with potentially hundreds or more people as part of their day. I hope that each of the companies will at least try to rotate their shifts a bit and give them time to change their gloves, masks, and wash their hands and faces often.
