One of my good friends in Arcadia California found a baby parrot that fell out of a tree last year he brought it in the house his wife and kids nursed the parrot to health it became a household pet played with the big Labrador retriever and now this bird is having a great life in a big cage outside with three other rescue parrots ...In Pasadena and Arcadia California these beautiful parents run wild in the palm trees... I got to name this one “Chipper”. ...We have no idea if he is a male or a female it’s hard to tell under the feathers enjoy the picture he’s now about a year old
