RIGAS JURMALAS KASINO -A mystery solved

LATVIA – a short story by Wikipedia
“After centuries of Swedish, Polish and Russian rule, a rule mainly executed by the Baltic German aristocracy, the Republic of Latvia was established on 18 November 1918 when it broke away from the Russian Empire and declared independence in the aftermath of World War I[2] However, by the 1930s the country became increasingly autocratic after the coup in 1934 establishing an authoritarian regime under Kārlis Ulmanis. The country's de facto independence was interrupted at the outset of World War II, beginning with Latvia's forcible incorporation into the Soviet Union, followed by the invasion and occupation by Nazi Germany in 1941, and the re-occupation by the Soviets in 1944 (Courland Pocket in 1945) to form the Latvian SSR for the next 45 years. The peaceful Singing Revolution, starting in 1987, called for Baltic emancipation from Soviet rule and condemning the Communist regime's illegal takeover.”

Jūrmala ("seaside") is a city in Latvia, about 25 kilometres west of Riga. It has a 33 km stretch of white-sand beach.
After Latvia became independent in 1918 Jūrmala became its top resort. The government attempted to promote the area abroad as the “Baltic Riviera” with some success.

“While Latvia was part of the Soviet Union, Jūrmala was a favorite holiday-resort and tourist destination for high-level Communist Party officials, particularly Leonid Brezhnev and Nikita Khrushchev. Although it has many amenities such as beach-houses and concrete hotels remain, some have fallen into disrepair. Jūrmala remains a tourist attraction with long beaches facing the Gulf of Riga and romantic wooden houses in the Art Nouveau style.”( from Wikipedia).

Several of my friend German collectors had some of the jetons that we will see below. For all of them, the same jetons were a quant mystery to their origin.
After I had been offered one of the jetons, I dedicated myself to an exhaustive investigation about that casino, managing to solve the mystery.Note- not easy the language, but Google translator was a great help…
See the description below.
I think the fact that the chips appear in Germany is due to the fact that the casino owners are Germans who took them to Germany when the Casino closed.

“In independent Latvia, gambling has been banned since December 5, 1919, when the People's Council applied the principle of continuity of law to the laws of the former Russian Empire on the territory of Latvia. On June 27, 1921, Kārlis Bērziņš submitted a request to the Minister of the Interior Albert Kviesis, expressing a wish to establish a casino in the seaside of Riga together with Herman Heldt, a German citizen and co-owner of the Danube health resort "Casino Coppot" (NOTE- I THINK it is CASINO ZOPPORT in Poland. In that times Zoppot - Gdansk was part of Germany)). After receiving a negative answer, he reiterated his claim. On September 3 of the same year, Riga Jurmala City Council decided to obtain funds for the development of the war-torn city through a casino and signed an agreement with K. Bērziņš's "Riga Jurmala Trade, Banking and Sports Society". On July 20, 1922, the Cabinet of Ministers no longer objected to the casino.
The casino operated from November 17, 1922 to May 12, 1923, and from June 9, 1923 to November 24, 1925. ( translation from https://zudusilatvija.lv/objects/object/14300/
