I have been using the Post Net - private mailing service for the last 12 years, lost one or two times, but I mail expensive ones thru them - all got through.

Packages worth $50 or more I mailed with tracking and insurance, which is worth the aggravation of losing - all went through, international packages they handle too.

Lucky I guess - so far so good.
