Since the traffic here is very light, I think this board is just find and dandy the way it operates.

If it was a busier website, then it might make sense to have separate sub-forums such as: ‘for sale’ ‘off-topic’ maybe even a politics cesspool.

But that wouldn’t make sense with such a small forum.
