Hi Archie as I was told they could not use the name “CAESARS” they weren’t licensed yet ... the Perlman brothers were being investigated along with others so they didn’t want to tarnish the Caesars palace name .... after being open about six months the Perlman brothers had to resign & sell their stock and shares and we’re not issued a gaming license also the CEO of Caesars palace was denied a gaming license in New Jersey so they hired a 29-year-old upcoming star name Terry Lanni... He was squeaky clean & the gaming commission loved him ... soon they added the word Caesars boardwalk Regency and later on got rid of the Boardwalk Regency part I just called at Caesars Atlantic City .... Terri Lanni later I was hired by Kirk Kercorian of the MGM grand here in Las Vegas later. And that’s my rant take care of Archie
