Yes it happen! I was watching TV and felt some jolting (lateral motion) twice. I like the rolling ones better. Each only lasted only a few seconds and it felt less than the 4.5 reported on the news. It was a small one, Vicki said that down at the American Legion she did not feel it but other veterans did. No damage or injuries here.
