John..I would expect the $5 & $25 chips to have little wear as they were from the late 1930’s and were very high denominations for the era. Not a bunch of people would be gambling that amount. What I’m surprised about was there wasn’t an 25c or 50c chips made. Seems strange to me.

And...If these chips were never in use...why was there more than 1 order?
