When dealing with older/collectible chips, be very careful. A single drop of mineral oil on a soft rag is probably enough for all the chips you're looking to rehab. Avoid getting any around the edges of the inlay, if possible - especially when dealing with older TRK's. When dealing with chips made by ASM, I'd consider only oiling the rolling edges.
