YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED TO ATTEND OUR MONTHLY MEETING

At our meetings we have trading and selling of Casino Memorabilia, which starts at 6 pm, and resumes following the meeting. You are invited to both the meeting and trading sessions.

Early Bird Auction
At our meetings, the Early Bird Auction begins at 6:45 pm followed by our Guest Speaker and then the Club meeting. You can see the list of auction items and scans in this message. In the event you are not able to make it in person, you are welcome to email Jim Follis at jim@gamingore.com with your highest proxy bid(s). Just include your CCA or SNCCC membership number and which Lot(s) you want to bid on. Payment for winning bids at the live auction are due at the end of the auction. If you are an absentee winner, you will receive an invoice. You may bring any items for future auctions with you. Any form of Casino Memorabilia is welcome. The Club takes a 20% seller’s fee unless you opt to donate all proceeds to the Club.

Guest Speaker
This month’s Guest Speaker will be Richard N. “Rick” Velotta. Rick has covered business, the gaming industry, tourism, transportation and aviation in Las Vegas for 25 years. A former reporter and editor with the Las Vegas Sun, the Ogden (Utah) Standard-Examiner, the Arizona Daily Sun in Flagstaff and the Aurora (Colo.) Sun, is a graduate of Northern Arizona University where he won the school’s top journalism honor. He became the Review-Journal's assistant business editor in September 2018.

Raffle 50/50
There will be a 50/50 raffle for cash and/or prizes which is quite fun! We have some great prizes that have been donated by our membership as well as from local vendors.

If you are not yet a member or your membership has lapsed, I invite you to join the SNCCC. An annual membership is only $12.00 payable at the door. You are, of course, welcome as a guest to see what we’re all about and you can bring your friends as well!!!!!!!!!!

Our business meeting is short, which gives you lots of time to socialize and gain knowledge about whatever interests you with casino memorabilia.

This meeting will also Install the 2020 slate of Officers. There will be refreshments provided as we also recognize our Boyd Gaming hosts, Mike Musicaro, Dani Burris, and Joyce Perez. Additionally, we will be celebrating a 50th Wedding Anniversary of a member couple, and, lastly, we will be saying goodbye to our longtime past President and friend, Sheldon Smith, who passed away December 27th.
