Thanks for looking through the papers Jay. I spoke with Butch and John and both said it was a club that was only open for a year (82-83) and burnt down. I agree with your guess it was probably an unlicensed club off the books per say. But If it was an illegal or unlicensed club...how did such a club get multiple denominations from a legit company like Paulson? How in the world a $20 ended up in a NV coin shop where I got it from I have no idea...but glad it did!
