Nice pictures from all of you guys, excellent. Can you imagine drinking and gambling in and around that area at that time. That would be some religious experience, or drinking sexual experience or both. Cigars, booze, women and gambling, old cars and great architecture and I’m sure the entertainment was just as exciting. How about getting dressed up in the evening in those fancy suits too and a pocket watch and chain. Nothing like that anymore, I guess. Maybe the rich folks still play the role? Day time was probably fun too, the fishing and swimming and running around the towns and beaches. One reason I like to collect from here is the history. Still wouldn’t mind some kind of item from Sloppy Joe’s even though there wasn’t any gambling or at least any gambling items we know of as a club.
