I'd call this a very solid ID, better than most of the researched initial chips done 65 years after delivery. The shipment cards often had incomplete information so missing the small c isn't a big catch.

We also have anecdotal information about the card room...from people who owned the Liberty Restaurant (now shown as Buck's on the map) and the newspaper article ties in the recipient. Man, if this one isn't good, I'll stop researching.
