The Dupont Plaza in San Juan Puerto Rico. Site of the horrific fire set by employees on strike on New Year's Eve 1986 that killed 98 and injured 140. The reason for the $1 chips in multiple color combinations is that they were used as Roulette Chips. There are 16 chips in the set, I am still looking for the other 3 to complete the set.
