I was in Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore last night and was shocked to find machines that could cash chips all over the casino. I’ve never seen these in any casino anywhere. Some even had pictures of what chips they did or did not accept. I watched them in use. They take a picture of you and you must prove your identity in a variety of ways. There was still a cashier’s cage.
