I think it might help if you can identify the stroke path

Note that if the strokes were as I show, the flag on top (strokes 3 and 4)might be a cross to a “T”. So, maybe “MT”. Of course if you look at the Burt inlay, I’d disagree with what I just wrote. The two inlay are different.
