Horse Racing,Sports Book....

My first trip to Vegas was in 1973,it wasn't the Mega Vegas it is today. The one thing
that stuck out to me was the Sports Books with Horse races from everywhere being
telecast,I knew old guys where I worked would go to Vegas and sit in those Sports
Books for days just betting the "Ponies." So I want to showcase my racing program
that was "The Last Ride" for the Jockey that rode Seabiscuit to a win over
War Admiral in !938,his name was George Woolf https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Woolf
They say he usually only rode one race a day, and that day he was riding a horse
owed by Mrs.Lou Costello of Abbott & Costello fame, but that day he agreed ride one more
again as a favor for a friend, blacked out,out of the starting gate, fell hit his head and died the next
day, sad part is he was a Diabetic and nobody knew.
